halvemaan omslagdoeken

In de meivakantie, haakte ik nog 2 halvemaanomslagdoeken. Ik haakte er al eens 4 en het is een verslavend patroon. Ik haakte ze met Stone garen van action, helaas niet meer te krijgen. Maar mijn ouders zijn toen heel Twente af geweest op zoek naar die bollen. haha. Toen ik foto's maakte van de omslagdoeken, in de tuin, kwam Floortje natuurlijk weer fotobomben. 

On holiday in Italy, I made 2 half moon shawls. I crocheted 4 once and it's an addicting pattern. I made them with Stone yarn from the action, which they (unfortunately) don't sell anymore. Luckely for me, my parents went to every Action in the neighbourhood so buy me this yarn. haha. When I was taking pictures in the garden, and Floortje photobombed my pictures. haha.

Nog een halvemaanomslagdoek // Another shawl

Al bijna 3 weken geleden sinds ik voor het laatst blogde. De drukte van het nieuwe schooljaar en de nieuwe stage heeft ervoor gezorgd dat ik niet aan bloggen toekwam, en ook niet echt aan haken. Mijn nieuwe stage is binnen dezelfde instelling als mijn vorige stage, dus de cliënten van mijn vorige groep zie ik zo ook nog eens. Super leuk natuurlijk. Maar naast al deze drukte van de laatste weken, maakte ik ook nog een halvemaanomslagdoek met Stone garen van de Action. Deze maakte ik voor mijn moeder. Dit is de 4e halvemaanomslagdoek die ik haakte. 

It has already been 3 weeks since I last posted a blog. Me busy with the new schoolyear and my new internship made me stay away from my blog, and crocheting in general. But I still had a little bit of time to finish another halvemaan shawl with Stone yarn from the Action. This is the 4th halvemaan shawl I made.

Daarnaast begon ik aan een nieuw project. In de goodiebag van de boeklancering van haakspiratie, zie mijn verslag hier KLIK!! Daarin zat een bolletje ByClaire nr. 2 En ja, wat ga je daarmee doen. Ik wilde nog steeds een keer zo'n mandje haken dat ByClaire ontwierp voor dit garen. Dus zaterdag gingen mijn moeder en ik naar Rijssen naar het Wolhuis. Naast het roze bolletje ByClaire kocht ik nog garen voor een ander project, daarover later meer. Het mandje is bijna af, hopelijk kan ik vanavond het eindresultaat laten zien op Instagram. Maar ik heb school tot half 6 dus ik weet niet of dat gaat lukken.

And I started a new project. in the goodiebag from the Haakspiratie booklaunch, KLIK!!. I got a ball of ByClaire nr. 2. But what to do with it. I wanted to make a basket with the yarn. So last Saturday my mom and I went to the Wolhuis in Rijssen. I bought a ball ByClaire nr. 2 pink, and I bought new yarn for another project. Later more. The basket is almost finished, so hopefully I'll post the endresult on Instagram. But I have school till half past 5 so I don't know if it's possible. hihi.

En dan eindig ik nog met een foto van Floortje op het dak van de serre bij ons thuis. Ze wil er weer graag af!! Haha.

Omslagdoeken / Shawls

Eindelijk show ik jullie deze mooie omslagdoeken. 2 om precies te zijn. 1 gemaakt uit het boek Kant haken . De andere komt van het blog van Ellen: Ellebel. 

Finally I'll show you these beautiful shawls. 2 in fact. One I made with the pattern from the book Kant haken . And the other pattern you can find on the blog of Ellen: Ellebel. 

Deze eerste omslagdoek is de halve maan omslagdoek uit het boek Kant haken. Het haakt heerlijk weg. Ik haakte het met 3 (2 en een beetje eigenlijk) bollen Stone garen van de action. Heerlijk zacht garen krijg je en omdat je met haaknaald 10mm haakt (i.p.v. 5mm) wordt de omslagdoek heel mooi luchtig en heel zacht. Heerlijk gewoon.

The first shawel is the shawl from the book Kant haken. A really nice pattern. I crocheted it with 3 balls (2 and a bit actually) Stone yarn from the action. Really nice soft yarn and because you use needle 10mm (instead of 5 mm) the shawl becomes really airy and soft. Delightfull.

Floortje vind hem ook erg interessant haha.

En dan deze. het is de South bay sjaal die ik vond op het blog van Ellen: Ellebel. Gehaakt met Scheepjes Stone washed. Ik gebruikte bijna 4 bollen green Agate en een halve bol Amazonite. Er zaten helaas wel veel knoopjes in het garen, dat was erg jammer.

And then this one. The South bay shawl I found on the blog from Ellen: Ellebel. Crocheted with Scheepjes Stone Washed. I used almost 4 balls Green Agate and 1/2 ball of Amazonite. Unfortunately there were a lot of knots in the yarn, that was a little unfortunate.

Vraagt mijn vader: waarom nou 2 in dezelfde kleur? Nou, het zijn niet precies dezelfde kleuren haha.

Nou, dit waren mijn mooie omslagdoeken. Niet nodig gehad de afgelopen dagen, maar dat komt nog wel :-). 

Well, these are my beautiful shawls. I didn't need it the last days, but that day will come hihi :-)
