Blaadjessjaal / Leave scarf

Radiostilte de afgelopen weken op mijn blog. Ik had niet veel tijd om te haken en daarna was het vakantie. Maar ik ben terug haha. Na een heerlijke week vakantie in Italië (later zal ik nog wat foto's delen). Nu eerst dit: mijn oma's verjaardagscadeau. Ik wilde graag eens een keer iets haken voor mijn oma. Een sjaal is iets wat ontzettend bruikbaar is dus was het het perfecte cadeau voor mijn oma. Ik zag in het boek Kant haken van A la Sascha de blaadjessjaal voorbij komen en die moest ik gewoon haken. Hij wordt in het boek gehaakt met SMC Catania en toen was ik dus laatst met mijn moeder bij onze favoriete wolwinkel: Het Wolhuis in Rijssen. Daar pakte ik eerst de Catania in een mooie donkergroene kleur. Hartstikke leuk natuurlijk. Toen kwamen we langs de wolletjes van Drops en de Drops Fabel sprong er eigenlijk tussenuit. Ik pakte een mooie gemelleerde versie: nr. 151 guacamole. Ja, die moest het worden. Ik kocht 2 bolletjes en begon direct. Verder zou het een vakantieproject worden. Maar op vakantie werd er eigenlijk niet veel gehaakt. Dus was ik gisteren uiteindelijk nog tot 5 uur bezig om hem af te maken. Maar hij is af. En mijn oma vond hem geweldig.

Radio silence the last couple of weeks. I didn't have much time to crochet and it was vacation time. But I'm back now haha. After a delightfull week in Italy (pictures will follow soon). Now first this: my grandmother's birthdaypresent. I really wanted to make her something this time. A scarf is very usable and a perfect present for my grandmother. I saw the leaves scarf in the book Kant haken from A la Sascha and I just had to make it. The example in the book is made with SMC Catania and a while back I was with my mom at my favorite yarnshop: Het Wolhuis in Rijssen. There, I first took the Catania in a beuatiful dark green colour. Really nice of course. Then we came across the yarn from Drops and the Drops Fabel popped out. I pulled out the nr. 151 guacamole and I was sold. I bought 2 balls and started emediately. And then it became my vacation crochet project. But I didn't crochet much in Italy. So I was busy with it untill yesterday 5 'o clock. But it's finished. And my grandmother loves it.

Eerst zelf even showen natuurlijk. Even mijn enigste groene shirt dat ik heb aangedaan. haha.
